The registration is binding. Payment in advance (bank transfer or payment via PayPal). You will receive the registration confirmation automatically after successful registration.

Cancellation Policy:
01.01.2025–31.01.2025: 50% of the total price
01.02.2025–19.02.2025: 75% of the total price
From 20.02.2025: 100% of the total price

Alternatively, you may find a substitute participant who will cover your costs and attend the festival in your place. Refunds can only be issued after the festival. Tickets, sheet music, and mp3s are non-refundable.
