For participants of the 3-day GOSPELHOLYDAYS festival this concert is the finale. You will stand on stage and be part of the big gospel choir with 1.000 voices. Invite your friends to experience this special concert.

As a participant, you can order discounted tickets for the final concert for your family and friends when you register.

Children of preschool age are admitted free of charge, but are not entitled to a seat.

Conditions of participation GOSPELHOLYDAYS_2023

For the whole event we wish a pleasant and respectful atmosphere.
As a participant you agree to an unrestricted use of sound and image recordings of the festival.

The registration is binding. Payment in advance (bank transfer or payment via PayPal). You will receive the registration confirmation automatically after successful registration.

In case of delayed payment in case of a price scale change of the participant fees, the change to the next higher price category will take place automatically 14 days after the price scale change!

In case of cancellation we charge the following cancellation fees: until 31.01.2023 flat rate 15 EUR per person | from 01.02.2023 to 30.03.2023 50% of the total price | from 01.04. - 30.04.2023 75% of the total price | from 01.05.2023 100% of the total price. (There is also the possibility that you find a substitute person who takes over your costs and participates in the festival instead of you).

Credits can only be refunded after the festival. Tickets, sheet music, CDs & mp3s are not returnable.

Accomodation

Those who need overnight accommodation have the following options:

1. private - overnight in your own home, with friends, acquaintances... or in a self-organized guesthouse, etc.

2. rustic - in simple community quarters (school/gymnasium) with your own sleeping mat & sleeping bag for the two nights from Friday to Sunday.
(We only have a limited number of overnight accommodations. Please use another accommodation option if possible and leave these places for those who can really only afford the community quarters - THANK YOU).

3. Comfortable - Overnight stay in the following Zwickau hotel at special conditions for GOSPELHOLYDAYS.
